Orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery across Europe takes 7-14 business days. Please note that delivery might take longer in certain rare cases; if you have any questions or experience delays, feel free to contact our support team. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you always know where your new kicks are.
Yes, you can! If your new sneakers aren’t quite your thing, you have 14 days to return them to us. Important: The shoes must be unworn and in their original condition. The RTVEGO hang tag must also still be attached to the sneakers. Simply register your return in our returns portal, and you’ll receive a return label.
- Exchange? Sure, if the size doesn’t fit, we’ll be happy to help.
- Who pays the return shipping costs? Generally, the customer bears the return shipping costs. However, you have the option of receiving the full amount as a voucher if you return the item. Exchanges are, of course, free of charge.
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automatic email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment status live.
